Insomniac Song

 

Insomniac Song was created to share media reviews. Movies and music have always been very important in my life. I hope that sharing a bit of these would inspire a search for new experiences in music and film. Likewise, I'm also open to having visitors expand my own musical and film repertoire. Feel free to drop recommendations using the form below. 

The title of this website is from a song off J's  album, Stars from the Broken Night. There are so many nights where I'm wide awake listening to music or watching movies rather than sleeping. More often than not, this leads to listening and watching things I might not have otherwise. While I'm usually a fan of rock music and horror films, my tastes aren't limited to these genres. I love a great classic movie like Breakfast at Tiffany's. My guilty pleasure tends to be a little touch of pop music every now and then.

To navigate the movie pages, go to the list of genres by clicking movies on the menu bar above. Alternatively, clicking a genre from the movie dropdown provides immediate access. Latest reviews will be on the first page of every genre. To navigate between pages within the genre, simply click the 'see more' button.

 

The music pages are similar except the main music page. It lists upcoming reviews for future reference. Simply click the genre from there or choose it from the dropdown menu. New reviews will be located on the first page of every genre. The 'see more' button will lead  to the next set of reviews.

 

The blog section includes opinions on various things related to music and movies. The most updated sections of the website will be music and movie reviews as well as the blog. Every month an artiste would be selected for Promo. Navigate the artistes page to see past promos.
